Cosmopol EL-VI UP 1022 Upper Steaming Machine

Double Upper Steaming Machine Electro-pneumatic conditioning unit to soften the toe-puff of upper and to laminate the lining to the upper The use of this machine makes easier the operation of lasting. The machine works in 3 phases as follow: 1- phase: PRE-HEATING of the toe-puff (fixed time); 2 - phase: STEAMING INJECTION directly into the fibres of the upper (adjustable time of treatment - placed on the control-board); 3 - phase: the operation of SOFTENING of the toe-puff is completed (adjustable time in connection with the kind of leather -placed on the controlboard). Both bottom and top clamps are heated and the temperature of bottom clamp is controlled by the control-board. Steaming is producted in two separate rooms and then it is taken to a temperature and pression that avoid the appearing of stains on the upper at the moment of the steaming injection. When thermoplastic toe-puffs are used the lining can be bonded to the toe-puff during the same operation.
